The service itself was fantastic. The challenge, however, was the scheduling/part availability.
I scheduled this online, and the appointment itself was set...however, there's either no automated parts lookup or a human double-checking things to confirm the part(s) needed were actually in stock.
When I arrived on Monday to drop my car off at the appropriate time, the service advisor said that the online system doesn't check for part availability. I guess humans don't double check this either, as it seemed like no one knew anything about it until they looked it up on the computer. I had to come back 3 days later when the part came in. In the service department's defense, they *did* put a note down, called me when the part arrived, and marked it so that it would *absolutely* be there...with my name on it...when I came back on Thursday.
In this day and age, it's ridiculous that there's an online booking portal that either doesn't integrate with the parts inventory *or* doesn't require human verification. If the dealership had *called* me prior to the (first) appointment and said "we don't have this part in stock, we need to reschedule you to Thursday", it would have been better than me taking time out of work to drive it down...then drive back home, only to do it again a few days later.

I have no problems with the maintenance that was done. My biggest problem was the complete lack of communication to me. I had to call multiple times to retrieve information that should've been given to me ASAP.

Friendly staff, Fred was great to work with, he answered her questions and when he didn’t have an answer he went and made sure he had one. My wife and I are very pleased with the staffs service.

It's always a good experience with them, but it would be even better if you could get a car wash certificate from them you dump over $200.00 for a service just to have to see where the fender covers, where.
